How to change group information
New GSRs and DCMs are encouraged to register themselves and any changes in their group with several different service group record-keepers, in order to stay connected to AA as a whole and to receive all entitled mailings and notices. Registration with any one of the above does not assure registration with any of the others since the records of the GSO, SENY, the counties and districts, and the Intergroups are not generally shared.

To register with or to change information with the GSO, use the GSO the "Group Information Change Form" and mail completed form to:

If your group is a brand New group, the "New Group Form" needs to be used and mailed to the same address.
Registration and changes of group information are also accepted by phone. For existing groups, your group service number may be found by asking the GSO or the SENY secretary. Registered GSRs will receive a packet of information including The AA Service Manual/Twelve Concepts for World Service, and subsequent informative mailings including Box 4-5-9, GSO's bimonthly newsletter.

New General Service Representatives (GSRs), District Committee Members (DCMs) and District Committee Member Chairs (DCMCs) can register with SENY online or download a registration form to mail in to SENY Registrar at the mail address below under "Contact SENY." After you register with SENY, we will register you with the General Service Office (GSO) in New York. Registration links you into the communication chain and assures that your group is informed and its voice may be heard.
